iPhone and iPad need iOS 16.4 or newer. Tablets that can update that far include iPad (5th generation, 2017), iPad Pro (1st generation, 2016), iPad Mini 5 (2019), iPad Air 3 (2019), and anything newer. Android needs a current version of Chrome.
iPad Mini 2, Mini 3, Mini 4, and iPad Air 2 cannot update that far and will not work.
